All the staff went out of their way to provide us with information about the area and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation was tastefully designed and well equipped. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
Room nearest reception a little noisy.

Only the friendliness of the staff and the effort they made in being helpful.
Just about everything. Room was large but plain and the bathroom was very small and poorly lighted.. Was not located in a very nice part of the town, no parking space and having to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel is not very desirable. This property should not be labelled a hotel and its nightly rate is high, when compared with another hotel that I booked for the other 2 nights at just $13.00 more pernight. The description of the hotel on line is not what it is and this only misleads the customer believing that he is staying in a very nice, reasonably priced property.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure guests are taken care of. One reviewer mentioned that even though not all staff members speak English, they did their best to find someone who could assist. This level of dedication to service is commendable.
While the hotel received mostly positive reviews, there were occasional issues with the bathroom's electric shower. One reviewer mentioned fluctuations in temperature and low water pressure.

I was impressed with the hotel's location, as it was situated in a safe area and conveniently close to a shopping mall. the breakfast was tasty and prepared for each guest from a fixed menu. the hotel is small, but the rooms are quite spacious and clean.
The check-in process took a long time, and it wasn't very efficient. the hotel's slow service was a bit frustrating, and I had to remind the staff a couple of times to bring me the missing towels.

One thing I really loved about this hotel was their attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and ensuring I knew the safest areas to explore. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which had not one, not two, but three large double beds! It was perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Another highlight was the location of the hotel. Situated on a main road with a food court inside a nearby mall, I had plenty of dining options at my doorstep. This convenience made it easy to grab a quick bite or explore new cuisines. And, of course, I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast they offered. There was a wide variety of choices, ensuring that every guest could find something they enjoyed. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
Everything was fine, no complaints at all.
